an lovely experience!!!

gorgeous surrounding amazing spa friendly staff

the surroundings are gorgeous. the spa and thermal suite were AMAZING!!! breakfast in the 1180 room was lovely and dinner in the drawing room felt special. the staff are so friendly and helpful. i recommend it highly!!!

i found a slight draft near the window in my room.

mixed experience at this hotel

unclear parking rude treatment

the parking situation was unclear. i encountered rude treatment upon arrival (it wasn't a great start). i was not able to park near reception because a vip had blocked off the area. it reminded me of my needs were secondary.
